The restaurant has developed into a village since 2014, under the management and ownership of Mandy Pfriender and her husband Elmar Pfriender.
The Texas village COCO (COCO stands for Cowboy Community) was created in recent years through a lot of heart and love for this project, also through hard work, personal contribution, as well as through a lot of support from friends and family,
Mandy & Elmar Pfriender, two typical, down-to-earth, authentic personalities live and love life in the Texas village.
American lifestyle, American cars, active motorcyclists themselves and yes, tattooed too, with their hearts in the right place.
These traits are reflected throughout the entire Texasdorf and give this concept an honest and authentic character, which is also felt by the guests.
Decades of experience in gastronomy and several visits to America/Texas brought the two of them to the beautiful Ortenau region in 2014.
Starting with a small saloon (the current restaurant) and a lot of love and heart for this concept, an original, authentic Country - West - Texas village gradually emerged.
The village consists of a SALOON, a SHERIFFHOUSE, an open GRILL FIREPLACE, a VILLAGE CHAPEL (WEDDINGCHURCH), an outdoor CANDYBAR/SUGAR HOUSE, a WHISKY & MORE BAR, a CREATIVE SHOP/WORKSHOP, an OUTDOOR BAR/OUTDOOR KITCHEN, a SUMMER TERRACE/SALOON TERRACE.
Surrounded by ponies and dwarf goats, as well as the beautiful surroundings.
The Texasdorf is always worth a visit, guests from near and far love and enjoy the ambience and the American country cuisine.
Over the years, the restaurant/Texashouse has developed into an event location.

- the restaurant has plenty of parking spaces
- if you are arriving by coach, please let us know in good time so that we can guarantee you a seat and a parking space

- dogs are always welcome on a leash , we are happy to provide your four-legged friend with a bowl of fresh water
- there is no cigarette machine on the grounds of the Texasdorf , but smoking is permitted in the outdoor area and on the terrace
- it is forbidden to enter the horse facility both outside and inside
- feeding all farm animals is prohibited
